JOYCEEFULLY: 2D1N Batam Trip

Finally got a little spare time to blog for my Batam Trip with Bee last month!

Can't believe it's already mid month of May! May is a very busy month for me, so many things to be done and I've a presentation next saturday which I have not prepare the slide yet! And also, rushing for project deadline, was invited to attend my colleague and primary school friend wedding over this weekend!

It was heartwarming to see them getting hooked at a young age (Ok maybe not. 23 this year already!) Seeing my friends getting married one by one makes me wanna faster marry too Hehe..

But not so soon la coz Bee is still serving ns (awaiting for ORD next year end-May! Woohoo!)

I'm going for an interview this Saturday, I think chances for me is quite low but just wish me luck okie!

Back here... Here's our Batam Trip post! Took me 1 over month to post it =p

6th April 2012 - Good Friday!

This trip means alot to both of us coz this is our first couple trip together, just me & him :)
Previously were either with my parents or his.

A short getaway to Batam! Don't need to take leave or what, no wonder many people likes to take super long weekend to go short holiday like us. Perfect company, perfect weather, everything seems to be perfect to me whenever he's around :)

We got this package through online, quite reasonable so we decided to get this deal.
2D1N Stay at KTM Resort which include:- 2-way Ferry, 2-way Land Transport, Breakfast, Welcome drinks, 1-night stay at Beachfront Cottage, Free Shuttle Bus to Shopping Mall for only S$55 per pax!

We only need to pay extra tax for S$27 :)

Woke up early in the morning and get prepared to meet him. Our ferry timing was 10.40am and being the kaisu us, we reached Harbourfront Ferry Terminal before 9.30am. HAHA! It's good to be early ma!
Went to get our ferry tickets and then takeaway KFC for breakfast (:

All ready to begin this trip!

The whole journey took about an hour to reach Batam Ferry Terminal.
Waited awhile for the Resort Shuttle bus to pick us up to the Resort. It's just 5 ~ 10 min to reach!

At the resort counter, waiting for the staff to prepare our key.

Finally get a chance to wear my new jumper from online, purposely reserved for this trip!

He can't wait to jump into the pool! HAHA

This is the resort we are staying. We like how the interior design look like and got the kampung feeel~ Hehe.

There's total of 9 huts and we're really lucky to get the very first hut which is nearest to the swimming pool.

Putted our stuff down and off to catch the shuttle bus to Nagoya Shopping Mall.

Basically, we just walk around and spent all our money on foooood!
The things there wasn't that cheap as compared to Singapore :/
Nevermind, we don't intend to spend our money on shopping too :)

Donuts was so cheap there. Boy wanted to get some to munch but gave up coz the queue was quite slow. He didn't want to waste time queuing soon we got a few hours to shop before the resort shuttle bus came back to pick us up at 4.30pm.

Pizza Hut! Waited for 40min just for this cheese sticks and Spicy Drumlets =.=
That 40min, we could have explore more areas!

But it's so cheap there! Hehe..

Went to there so-called GIANT. Everything were so cheap!!

We just grabbed and go! HAHA so shiok!

Their way of selling french fries. Hahaha!!

Spotted Aunty ming in the house!!! He really looked and sounds like one now! Kept nagging at me!

HAHA told you already! We spent all our money on foooods & snackss!

It was soon 4pm. So we quickly went to takeaway the foods for dinner! Decided to stay in our room, hacing our dinner while enjoying watching TV! HAHA.

Super blur us thought that the last shuttle bus back to resort was 4.30pm. Actually there is another bus picking at 6pm =.= No wonder we were the only couple that sat this timing back! If not we will have extra 1hr 30min to shop!!

Back to our resort....

I can't help but kept snapping away! The view were just amazing!

After that, putted down our stuffs and decided to go explore around the resort and at the same time can go spa! I heard that KTM Resort Spa was good...

Reached the Spa Villa! But were told that it's fully booked for the day!
Asked how about the next morning? Also fully booked? ARGHHHHH~!
Then what are we supposed to do in the resort? One of our main purpose is to enjoy some massage leh!

Nevermind, there's always a next time (:

Next trip, if we intend to stay over at KTM Resort again, must remember to book the Spa earlier to prevent from disapppointment!

It was closed to Sunset.. We gotta enjoy the Sunset together <3

I really wanted to eat Seafood which we couldn't get it from the Shopping Mall.
Thankfully, there is from the resort cafe! So we ordered 2 Salted Egg Yolk Crabs which costs about S$20??? So cheap right!

Waiting for the crabs... like one old uncle like that! LOL

Bathed and dinner time!!!

OMG look at the spread! Everything were bought from Nagoya Mall except for the Crabs we ordered from the resort..

I sweared that this is damn bloody yummy! It's fingerlickin!

I want more of this! Both of us ate quietly.. hahahaha don't wanna talk already!

Look like enjoy only ah! Hehehe...

How nice if life goes on like that.. Very simple and peaceful... No stress!

Surprisely, there's wifi and they got Singapore channels!
Channel 5, U, 8... You name it they have it! Just nice, we can catch our favourite 10pm show "The Fierce Wife" while enjoying our dinner!

After that, this boy covered himself with blanket and relax only... Damn shiok ah!
Made ourselves a cup of tea and share..

We aimed to wake up early to catch the Sunrise! And by the time we woke up is 10am =.=
Sleep until so shiok! Bee was concoling me that, "Aiya! You see the weather so hazy, even just now we woke up early also can't see Sunrise one!". LOL!!

Bathed and off for our buffet breakfast!

2hrs left before our time.. So we went to explore around again...

Checked up 12pm sharp and waited 2hrs for the shuttle bus to fetch us to the Ferry Terminal..
It was hard to get by....
