127th Monthsary

Happy 127th Monthsary to US!! :)

Can't believed another month had passed and we've hit half of 2014! Another 5 more months to our 11th years and I can't wait for it to happen coz we had made plans to go for an anniversary trip after his exams, probably to Taiwan this time. Still haven't decide on the destination yet, though we hope to visit Tokyo or Korea too hahaha! If money allows lah!

When we grew older, money became the key of our main concern otherwise we might have already gotten married by now. Shall endure for 2 more years since our lovenest will be ready by 4th quarter of 2016! 2 years for us to save for our wedding & renovation! This is very important! Lately, we had been discussing about the venue of our future bouquet, how many tables should we hold, who to invite, honeymoon and how much saving is sufficient. Think about it really leave us scratching head because end of the day, everything is about MONEY $_$  We shall see what we can do and try to work it out within our means. 

"A extravagant wedding does not guarantee our marriage but what's most important is how are we going to maintain this marriage and our happiness".

Here's an update of our BTO as of 26 May 2014! Finally after so long we can finally seeing them building Level 2! So excited! Year 2016 please faster come can??!! Hahaha!!

Starting my day recieving his message first thing in the morning without fail on every 4th of the month. Hehe I love you too silly boy :)

Which is so true to us :)

I was feeling rather down yesterday and he sent me this to cheer me up! Hahaha! So silly but it does bring me a smile! Thank you for being my happy pill & always constantly checking on me if I'm alright. I'm truly blessed to have you in my life =)

P.S He does looked like an alien! LOL!

BTO: Signing of Agreement Lease

So after 2 months into choosing our units, it's finally time to settle down to sign the Agreement of Lease!

Received letter from HDB on 4 Nov 2013 (also known as our Ann day!) of the good news informing us on our 2nd appointment date as well as our application for HDB Housing Grant has been approved! At first we thought we'll get the least amount or can't even get a single sum but was shocked to see the huge amount we've gotten :) Called Bee and told him the good news, he was shocked too! Hahahahaha sucha good news for US!

The day of the signing agreement falls on Sunday morning scheduled at 11.20am.

Woke up early to prepare, making sure not to be late or any delay! We proceed to the machine to get our Q number and went for breakfast since we're 30 minutes earlier then our given appointment time. Who knows while Bee was ordering my Toast bread & coffee, received a call from HDB informing us about our no. is being called, I told them we're nearby having breakfast and will rush down after we've done eating! No mood to eat already la, swallowed the whole bread down hahaha!

 

Went through all the necessary signing of documents/contracts!

And now... We're officially the owner of this house :))

I can't wait for Year 2016 to collect our keys!!!

Still doing the piling! So happy of the progress and we're being informed that our house will be ready in 4th Quarter of Year 2016!

3 years more for us to save for our Renovation, Marriage & Honeymoon!

We went for a mini celebration at Grub @ Bishan for brunch!

Before that, we went Novena Sq to look for shoes as he wanted to get a new pair for our Ilumni Run on 7 Dec and an impromptu visit to Novena Church as I wanted to give my appreciation thank to Jesus for answering my prayers :) Thanks god!

Too rely on MRT. Hardly take bus anymore! Reminiscing taking bus with him athough it was a short distance away :)

It was so crowded despite raining heavily that day!

Managed to get a seat after 15 min of waiting :)

Wasn't really hungry as I just had my toast bread 2 hrs ago. So I ordered Truffle Eggs.

A nice chilling place, we really like the environment :) A pity it was raining or else we would loved to take a strolling walk around the park.

My first time wearing my new arm candy! Hehehehe totally suit me ttm!

Didn't know he got spy in my office! Coz I didn't tell him which design I like, so clever this boy!

One of the reason why we wanted to give Grub a try coz of the Churros!! Highly rave!

Always very curious of how it tasted but thought it was like frying flour in hot oil? =/

Don't think we will go back there again.. Definitely not for the brunch!
